[/i] shouldn't be a problem. Slowly, after Kathrin had left that morning, Georg rolled himself out of the bed and stretched with a slight wince. Whatever, he'd deal with that later. Dressed in his sleeping pants, riding low on his hips, Georg made way into the kitchen where he began to dig around for a good cup in the cabinets. He felt perfectly fine, really. He couldn't understand why everybody was so fussy.[/ul]

Evan walked back into Georg’s apartment a bag of groceries in his hand and a cup holder with two cups of hot, fresh coffee in the other. He saw Georg in the kitchenette and frowned. “You’re supposed to be in bed,” He said, laying the food and coffee on the counter. “I go out for a few hours and I get back to you defying the healer’s orders? What am I going to do with you?” Of course, he was kidding, even if only a little. He had taken off more time from work to take care of Georg, and it was making it a little hard, but it was worth it.
He had been so scared to lose Georg that he couldn’t bring himself to leave once they said the young man would be alright. “You didn’t make coffee already, did you? I bought you some, just how you like it. And I’m making breakfast, do you want bacon with your eggs?” Evan wasn’t much of a homemaker, but he would do anything for Georg. You would never expect to feel as horrible as you do when the love of your life is about to be ripped away from you.
Evan had spent every night after that holding Georg, measuring and mixing potions, making sure he relaxed and got better. He was getting better quickly, but it wasn’t quick enough. Georg wanted to work and was getting impatient, and Evan couldn’t stand seeing him like that. “Please go sit, love,”

[/i] his coffee from a mile away. He pressed a small kiss to Evan's lips before moving back, "I'm feeling perfectly fine today, never felt better. And if I stayed in bed another day I'd start getting sores and smelling bad." Laughing, Georg grabbed for his guitar and took a sip of his coffee, nearly moaning as the warm liquid made it's way down his throat, "God that's perfect. I love you." He failed to make it clear if he were speaking more to the coffee or Evan. "Anyway, I spent so long cramped up and nearly dying and all of that, and I wrote a song!" Assuming that Evan had disappeared to start making the breakfest that he'd been planning, bad cooking or not Georg was starved and would probably be up for eatting a goat at that particular moment. Slowly he started strumming on the guitar, tuning the instrument for a few minutes before he began to sing an older song that he was hopelessly in love with.[/ul]

Evan could only smile at Georg sympathetically. Of course he knew Georg was growing restless, and the healing was probably uncomfortable. It made him feel worse that he even left Georg into that situation. Evan should've been able to protect him, he had been fantastic in DADA during school...but he wasn't fast enough, alert enough. His own flight instincts had gotten in the way and he almost lost Georg because of it. Well that certainly would never happen again. "I love you too,"
Evan sighed as he set about cooking Georg's meal. He knew Georg was only being nice when he at the food, because Evan had a slight tendency to burn whatever he touched...but he was intent on making breakfast for the both of them...and doing it properly. He heard the random plucking of strings as Georg tuned his guitar, wincing at the sour notes coming from it on occasion. It wasn't until he heard a chord and Georg's voice that he really paid any attention though.
Listening to the words Evan smiled, very nearly knocking the frying pan with the bacon in it clear off the stove as he whipped around to rush over to Georg and kiss him - and that is exactly what he did. Evan pulled Georg into a deep kiss, literally forgetting the food on the stove and everything around him. When he pulled away he was breathless, holding Blaine's head between his hands and smiling from ear to ear. "Why are you so perfect?" he asked with a huge grin, eyes filled with love for Georg.
