Fred Weasley lives to laugh, and to make others laugh no matter if it's at his expense or someone else's. Ever since he and George were little they loved to tease their little brothers, once they almost succeeded in getting Ron to make an Unbreakable Vow that he'd do their chores for life. That hadn't gone over too well once Arthur found out - his left butt cheek hasn't been the same since. The point is that Fred is pretty big on pranks, George and himself were known for it actually, it was always sort of their thing.
Now when it comes to his relationship with his family, well, that much should be obvious. Though the Weasleys have never had a lot of money, family has always meant a lot. They never really needed money to get by, Fred and George especially became pros at a young age of entertaining themselves by making things explode in their room. Fred would seriously die to protect his family if it ever came to it, and if it were, at least he would know he didn't die in vain. He's terribly afraid of dying in vain. Fred's loyalty really has no bounds, for his friends and his family, while he's not the most political minded and certainly not someone you would want to go to for advice, if you need someone to listen or just make you smile, Fred's the type of person that you can always count on.
Fred really feels bad for people like Draco Malfoy, who have been raised their wholes lives believing something, only to learn eventually that they were lied to. His sympathy for such families does now, however, make them safe from his endless pranks. In fact, it only makes them victim more often. Laughter is, after all, the best medicine life has to offer.

Ever since Fred and George Weasley were young they were causing trouble in the Weasley Household. Pranks from the two of them were pretty much expected, from tricking Ron to eat an Acid Pop and burn a hold through his tongue, to planting a Dungbomb under Aunt Muriel's chair at Christmas dinner - there was never really a dull moment when the twins were around.
As they set off to Hogwarts, this never changed. Shortly into their second year, both Fred and George were drafted onto the Qudditich team as Beaters - what they consider their "Twin Telepathy" really gave the team an upper hand.
However, both of the twins constantly had the dream of starting up a joke shop together and keeping laughter going despite the darkening and dampened mood of war that had washed itself over the Wizarding World. After Harry Potter won a large sum of money in the TriWizard Tournament the year before the Twins were to leave Hogwarts, he gave the money to Fred and George, which they added to what little had been saved up o get a business off the ground.
After leaving Hogwarts the previous year, Fred and George wasted no time in getting Weasley Wizard Wheezes started, finally living their dream. Current hot item? Hot pink wigs that allow the wear to change their appearance for three hours - inspired, of course, by the Mistress of Magic herself.

Despite the little things, Ginny really did care for Harry Potter. She hated herself for even thinking it, but she always had. What had been just a bit of hero worship when she was a little girl had turned into a very serious crush that she had gone so far out of her way to avoid admitting, and now she really had him. She had no intentions of ever letting him go. Maybe Ginny wasn't like other girls in the way that she wanted to be treated, she didn't want to be protected or made like she was something special and fragile - she needed to be treated like the warrior that she was. But that didn't mean her heart didn't race like any other girl's heart would when Harry pulled her close.
"You're doing pretty well, Mr. Potter." She smiled, laughing when he told his antecdote about learning to dance. The thing was, she didn't doubt for a second that he was telling the truth and that in itself should have been a flashing warning sign of a good time to walk away and just sit down for drinks. But being on the dancefloor gave them the excuse to be so close, and the affectation of being somewhere private. No one dancing nearby was going to listen in on their conversation, they were seeking for the same. So Ginny felt no true need to censor what she said.
Despite what people believed Cosette to be up to, Ginny admired the woman. She was strong, she didn't sit back and let everyone else do the fighting, she trudged right out into the middle of that battle and taken down Voldemort herself. Even near death she did what she promised to do the first day that she took the job. Amelia Cosette was a good Mistress of Magic, she held true to her words, but even better than that, she was a strong woman. She didn't try to protect people, she didn't seek protection herself. She didn't tone herself down or alter how she dressed to appease the masses and fit to the stereotype of what everyone expected a Mistress of Magic to dress like. No matter the circumstance, Amelia Cosette always remained loyal to herself, and that was all that mattered to Ginny.
In all honesty, she could care less what the woman was trying to do. She didn't seem to be a true threat. The true threat in Ginny's eyes were those that were wandering around trying to take women like Amelia Cosette and silence their voices. "I don't think she's all that bad, actually... I mean, to this point she's stayed true to everything she said she would do. It's not like she's lying to us, she's just... Telling a selective truth."
