Overall Personality:
Cecilia tends to give others the first impression of a lively carefree young woman who has everything she could possibly want out of life. Who wouldn't think that, when they take a look at her bright career as a dancer and actress in the Muggle world, and hey, even a little bit in the Wizarding world as well. She doesn't work to change that impression, either, with her wild partying life style, her excessive spending habits, and generally her optimistic view of life. Cecilia is indeed a very bright, positive, lively woman.

But that's not all she is. Celia tends to work very hard to keep this success she has, only because she is really really scared of failure. She's a bit insecure that way. She feels that if she were to fail at whatever it is she's doing, then people won't like her as much as they do now, especially her mother. Cecilia and her mother have a very interesting and complex relationship; basically, Celia feels that she has to always be successful, at the top of her game, or else she doesn't deserve her mother's appreciation and love.

Cecilia is also a very kind person, although it might not seem so when you first meet her. She likes, to an extent, to make people think that she's sort of selfish and vain, but those who know her know that she only does that to try and keep herself from getting hurt. She's feircly protective of her friends and family; you don't mess with them and get away that easily. She's also very generous. Money's really not an object to her, she spends it excessively, on herself and on others as well.

Try as hard as she might, Cecilia fails at hidinf her emotions. Her face is like an open book, her eyes the doors to everything she's feeling. It really bothers her, but its not something that she can change. If she's hurt, bothered, angry, happy, you can always see it. She's also not one to hold back, especially when she's angry. She'll let you know exactly how she feels, and if words fail, well, there's always actions, whether they are outright fights, or sneaky ways of getting her revenge. She has trouble getting over her anger at someone who's wronged her; she can't just forgive and forget easily. It takes a lot to get back on her good graces if you've done something to wrong her or someone she cares about.

History:
Cecilia was born to Kaley and David Harris, about ten minutes after her brother, Caleb, was born. The family of four led normal lives, although Kaley wasn't exactly the motherly type. She was always off doing major business or helping promote the next big actress or actor in the Muggle world. David was a little better, but the children mostly spent their time with each other. While Caleb's passion was playing Quidditch, Celia found hers in dancing and playing make belief, a hobby that would soon turn into a passion for acting, and the stage.

At Hogwarts, the two of them were both sorted into Gryffindor. While Caleb found joy playing the game he loved so much, Celia wasn't really into the whole magic thing. Yeah, it was fun and it made doing her hair and make up that much easier, but she really didn't see the big deal. She was fascinated by all things Muggle related, and she didn't see why people made such huge distinctions between the two worlds. Didn't they all live in the same planet, after all?

After graduating, Cecilia went on to try her hand at a career in the theatre. To everyone's surprise -including Celia herself- she was quite successful. It was at this point that Kaley took it upon her to make sure her daughter's career in acting took flight. Cecilia flourished in England, and soon after, she and her mother went to the States, were she found success in Broadway, a few movies. However, barely a year into that success, tragedy was to hit the family. Celia and Kaley recieved news that Caleb was injured during one of his games. David, the father, asked that they come home urgently. They didn't realise just how bad things were until they arrived at St. Mungo's. The healers were still working on Caleb, and according to David, there was little to no hope that her brother was going to survive. Miraculously, Caleb did indeed survive, physically at least. Cecilia and the family saw how hard he took not being able to play Quidditch professionally again, but Kaley couldn't wait around. Cecilia had a career on hold back in the States. They couldnt't possibly just stay and wait around, now that they knew Caleb was going to be just fine.

For the last five years, Cecilia has made herself a fortune, from various shows, plays, and dancing competition. But now, she's just not feeling it anymore. Yes, she loved acting, and she loved dancing, but her mother's obssession with making money and succeeding was taking the fun out of it. Cecilia has come back home to England, under the pretences of a short holiday, but really, she's not so sure she's going back. She knows that Kaley wasn't going to be very pleased to find this out, but at the time being, Cecilia just wants to get away for a while.
