Overall appearance: Standing at 6"1, Douglas is a tall, lanky bloke. He doesn't look like anything special. His face is usually peppered with stubble because he doesn't remember to shave and he keeps his hair messy because he just generally can't be bothered. He wears glasses on most days, after screwing up his vision due to late nights filled with reading. He likes to keep his attire casual, but he's normally known for wearing a long, worn, brown overcoat.

Strengths:
- Reading is a strength. At least, for him. He can go on endlessly about various books.
- He has always been good at debating.
- He has always been the smart one in the family, with his grades all being an Outstanding.
Weaknesses:
- He cares almost too much about the War. He considers what's best for the Order over his own safety and happiness.
- He is too antisocial sometimes. He sees books as his companions
- Although he is part of the Order, he is still a former Slytherin. He hates it when that side of his personality pops out in certain moments.
Overall Personality: Douglas, or Doug, is a bookish guy. He prefers to keep to himself or with a small, close company. Books, to him, are his true companion. He doesn't like parties, or getting drunk. He doesn't attend social events that would require him to hold a conversation with people. However, he has the ability to talk to his customers, engage them in conversation because something about him is approachable. Usually, if the customer doesn't bother him as much, he would talk to them about different books and various other topics.
He is deeply into the Order of the Phoenix, despite once belonging in the Slytherin House. He fully wants to protect the Wizarding World from Death Eaters and Lord Voldemort and that's what he's heavily focused on most of the time, excluding Sorcha and his 'normal' life. He is ambitious but not too over-ambitious that he would do anything to get what he wants.

Residence: Before he had to fake his death, he lived with Sorcha Peters on the second floor of their bookshop.
History: Douglas is the youngest son of Leonardo and Rose Roberts, the golden boy to his older brother Atticus's black sheep. He contrasted greatly to his brother. Atticus was playful, but Douglas was quiet. He would always sit in a corner and read, ignoring everyone around him because he was so focused on his book. His good behaviour and academic excellence caused his parents to favour him which gave him and Atticus some [unnecesary] tension.
During his childhood, Douglas lost his father after a Death Eater killed him. This fuelled Doug's hatred of Death Eaters and he vowed that he will help stop them. He was devastated when he was sorted into Slytherin. He didn't make friends with anyone from that house, but only with Ravenclaws and a few trusting Gryffindors. As soon as he left Hogwarts, he joined the Order and started out in Flourish and Blott's. Atticus would drag him around to wild parties, which is part of the reason why Douglas kept away.
One day, he went to his brother's and met Sorcha Peters. Unaware of Atticus's feelings, the two fell in love and opened their own bookshop together. Everythnig wasn't perfect because Douglas was still way too focused on his order work. He had an important mission, set by Dumbledore and it required for him to be somewhere else. Maybe for a few years. He had to fake his death to leave, and that's what he did. He pretended to be killed by a Death Eater in the first raid. He went abroad to complete his mission, and it didn't take him as long as he expected. He didn't want to stay away from his old life anymore so he had no choice but to return to Sorcha and Atticus and explain himself as best as he can.
